Sageleaf Catering’s principal Mark Wilby is a professional chef with over 20 years experience.
Training in London with icons such as the Roux brothers and working in restaurants such as Harvey’s, The Atlantic and Belvedere, he gained significant experience in the kitchen which included 7 years as a pastry chef.
Since working in Australia he has enjoyed success in a number of well regarded restaurants such as Sarti, Le Cezanne and Owensville.
His love of fresh and seasonal produce coupled with his passion for great food enables you to bring fine dining from Sageleaf Catering kitchens into your home or business.
